E-News uses a variety of charts and graphs to illustrate news stories. Those graphs often are just the picture of the numbers, and E-News provides the numbers with separate links. |

BUTTONS
E-News uses a variety of buttons, either within a story or as navigation bars on different pages. Anytime a reader's cursor changes from an arrow to a hand, that reader should CLICK because the image is a button that leads to more information. |

MAPS
Maps can illustrate a news item effectively by showing the reader where the event took place. Maps may also be used to show how data applies to different areas such as unemployment data for counties. |

Graphic Design
OkieDave also does some graphic design such as this shoulder patch for the Fairview Police Department uniforms. He also designed the logo for the Major County EMS ambulances. |
